Founder & President: 

Allan Barr

Allan Barr is a seasoned global executive with deep expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, spanning Food & Beverage, Beauty Care, Health Care, and Home Care sectors. He is widely recognized for driving profitable, sustainable growth through innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence. A passionate strategist and change agent, Allan excels at building capabilities that guide organizations through complex digital evolutions unlocking long-term value.


Most recently, Allan served as the global head of digital commerce strategy, capabilities, and business operations at The Coca-Cola Company. In these roles, he capitalized on the accelerating digital revolution to design and scale a global B2C ecosystem. His work spanned multiple models including eTail, D2C, and Unattended Retail; positioning The Coca-Cola System for future-ready consumer engagement and revenue growth.

Previously, Allan held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and The Gillette Company, where he led Innovation, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Development functions. It was here that Allan developed his enduring philosophy of fusing innovation with execution to simultaneously deliver transformational outcomes for consumers, customers, and brands.


In addition to his corporate leadership, Allan is committed to lifelong learning and education. He is a part-time professor at Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, where he has taught for over 16 years, specializing in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Sustainability.



Allan holds an MBA from Northeastern University, a BA from Assumption College, and numerous executive certificates from Stanford, MIT, Dartmouth and other premier institutions in Digital Strategy, Innovation, Supply Chain Management and Global Leadership.
